I was impressed with the text notifications of the delivery status and the picture when the arrangement was delivered. The recipient was pleased with the arrangement. The service was excellent.

My experience with Fresh Ideas was so wonderful! I live out of state and had ordered some beautiful flowers to be picked up and given to my mother for Mother’s Day; however, the pickup fell through and I got a call that Fresh Ideas had already closed for the day. They were very understanding and accommodating and offered to deliver the flowers on the same day! I will continue to shop at Fresh Ideas! Thank you!
